Jamette M. (Flaherty) Miller

Jamette M. (Flaherty) Miller, age 95, of Pittsburgh, passed away on Wednesday, April 10, 2024. Beloved wife of the late Kenneth; cherished mother of Kenneth(Mary) Miller, Jamette (Don) Powell and Renae (John Balkovitz) Miller; adoring grandmother of Steffany (Craig) Kunkle, Donnie (Carrie) Powell, Derek Powell, Marisa (Jeff Hanshaw) Miller and Andrea (Ian) Grady; loving great-grandmother of Connor Kunkle, Evie Klovo, Jinnix Grady and Kynlee Hanshaw; caring sister of Elaine (late Sam) Abernathey, and Carole (late Joe) Davey; and many beloved nieces and nephews. Jamette was preceded in death by her parents James and Anna Flaherty and her siblings Anna E. “Betsy” Flaherty, Sondra Flaherty and James Flaherty. 

Jamette, “Mom Mom”, was the heart of our family. She loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren at all of their activities and sporting events with the Moon Baseball family. She will be forever loved and missed by all. 

Relatives and friends received Sunday, April 14, 2024 from 2 pm to 5:30 pm at SCHEPNER-McDERMOTT FUNERAL HOME, INC., 165 Noble Ave. Pittsburgh (Crafton) PA, 15205- where a Funeral Service will take place at 5:30 pm.
